Unless the item is damaged or incorrect we have a no return policy We have a 7 days return on incorrect or damaged items.

To start a return, you can contact us at lliwiaurenfys@outlook.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label,  Please contact us at lliwiaurenfys@outlook.com if you have any question regarding returning an item. 

Damages and issues 
After receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy Lliwiau’r Enfys

All orders ship within 5 business days from purchase date.  *Sometimes international orders might take a bit longer to be delivered.

Orders take between 1-2 days to be processed, but please allow three to seven (3 – 7 ) business days for orders to be shipped. This is because most of the items are personalised. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
All items will be shipped via Royal Mail in UK  First Class or Priority Mail. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact us or Royal Mail.
